CMA program prepares the student for entry-level employment in a clinical/medical setting of a health facility. Students receive instruction in medical law and ethics, terminology, anatomy and physiology, human relations and use and care of diagnostic equipment, injections,pharmacology, universal precautions, vital signs, CPR and EKG.
This is total 240 hours program combined with online, classroom study and Externship. Projected Job growth of Medical Assistant is 23% (2014-2024) by US Bureau of Labor Statistics.
